MENU WEEK - June 22-28

Registration limited to 10 campers for Juniors and 14 campers each for Mid Highs and Senior Highs

Here is an opportunity to taste Kirkwood's specialty camps while having a traditional experience. Each day will offer a sampler of activities from Adventure camp, Sports Camp and Joy of Creation Camp, along with all the activities of traditional camp. This is a great way to expand your interests, discover hidden talents and decide what specialty camps you want to attend.

JOY OF CREATION CAMP - August 3-9

Registration limited to 28 for Juniors and Mid highs - 14 males, 14 females  and 14 for Senior Highs - 7 males, 7 females

The creative arts is the by word for this special week of camp. The staff, both summer and volunteer, use their gifts in vocal and instrumental music, creative writing, hand bells, guitar, drama, journalism, dance, drama, woodworking, outdoor living and traditional camp activities. Bring your instrument, your voice, your creativity and your love of nature to Joy of Creation camp. 

For all three age groups -  Junior (entering grades 4-6), Mid High (entering grades 7-9), Senior High (entering grades 9-12). Ninth graders have an option.

NIGHT OWL
July 6-12,  July 13-19,  July 20-26,  July 27-August 2

Registration limited to 10 campers for each camp - 5 males, 5 females

Getting up in time for lunch with the privilege of staying up till 2:00 a.m., while the rest of the camp slumbers away, is the life of a night owl. Experience camp during the day and night doing all of your favorite camp activities in a non-traditional time frame. Activities include swimming, crafts, archery, low initiative challenge course, high ropes course at night, sleep out on the ridge, night hikes, Bible study, campfires and many more surprises. Meadowside facility will be your home for the week.

For Mid High campers (entering grades 7-9)
