From Philadelphia, take the Schuylkill Expressway West (Route 76) to the Blue Route (Route 476). Go North on Route 476 to the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Take the Northeast Extension to Exit 56 (formerly exit 33). Take Route 22 East toward Allentown and Bethlehem. Then take Route 33 North. As you approach Stroudsburg, bear left toward Interstate 80 (staying on Route 33 North) to Bartonsville exit. Turn Right onto Route 611 South. Drive 1.2 miles on 611 South. Look for the Home Depot sign on your left and Dr. Feelgoode's on your right. Almost immediately past the entrance to the shopping center, turn right onto Whitestone Corner Road, go under Route 80. The Kirkwood entrance is on the left at the bottom of the hill.

You may also take the Northeast extension to Exit 74 (formerly exit 34). Take Route 209 North to Route 33 North to Bartonsville Exit. Follow the directions above.

You may also take Route 309 North, and north of Quakertown, turn right onto Route 378 North. Take Route 378 through Bethlehem and turn right (East) on Route 22. Follow the directions above.

From New Jersey, follow Interstate 80 WEST past Stroudsburg. Exit at Bartonsville (46A) and follow directions above.

If you ask directions of local people, make sure Kirkwood is not confused with Kirkridge in the Bangor area
